The key to being a good candidate for the No Scalpel Brazilian butt lift is to have realistic expectations and understand this is not a replacement for a surgical Brazilian Butt Lift. It is for patients who are too skinny for a BBL and do not have an adequate amount of fat in other areas of their body. For such patients, the No Scalpel BBL offers an opportunity to enhance their butts without surgery. This is not as big of an enhancement as a BBL, however.
