It's much freer to say it and then you don't have to worry someone will dig it up.'

The ex-playmate took out the insurance policy with Lloyd's of London to protect her assets in case of an accident or injury. Madison said she decided to insure her breasts because they are her “most prized possessions.” The insurance policy covers Madison's breasts in the event of loss, damage, or disfigurement due to an accident or intentional act. The policy also covers the cost of reconstructive surgery if her breasts are damaged.

Madison is not the first celebrity to insure her breasts. Other celebrities who have insured their breasts include Pamela Anderson, Dolly Parton, and Christina Aguilera.
